Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.Steve Jobs

How rarely do we explore our mind (together)…
Is it connected with shame, fear, blame, insecurity, fear?

We all have a mind, and we all seem to suffer in different degrees.

Amazing, to observe my own attention, where it goes, where it wanders… how easy it is to get distracted; or how eager my attention is to jump on to the next “new” thing/sensation; eager to escape this moment.

“The belly of the mind is always hungry.”
Someone says: you cannot win a street-fight with your mind!
The interesting “thing” we most often overlook is that we can observe the mind!

Where is the real problem?
Discerning between “my self” and “my mind” is very helpful, otherwise you are like a monkey chasing its own tail.

Attention, interest, belief, identity are our greatest powers. Who am I?
